PROJECT INTEGRATION MANAGEMENT:

Using myriad resources, we integrate various key project processes and their inter-dependencies into a seamless unit to effectively manage projects.

PROJECT SCOPE MANAGEMENT:

A detailed understanding of the project scope is critical. We identify client requirements, define and verify the scope, create a work schedule to ensure we are always keeping with the program and dynamics remain within the scope triangle.

PROJECT COMMUNICATION MANAGEMENT:

We establish communication channels, set up meeting schedules, manage meetings,
conduct site inspections, prepare weekly progress reports, report performance to project stakeholders and manage client expectations.

PROJECT COST MANAGEMENT:

Enforcement is the key word. The management of project costs is fundamental to enforcement of our philosophy that extra funds can only be expended with ccompanying documents highlighting that the necessity of the expenditure and not design oversight.We continue to draw on our experience to enhance costs controls by determining budgets, preselecting contractors and keenly monitoring financial appraisals.

PROJECT PROCUREMENT MANAGEMENT:

As a vital component in project execution, our procurement team sources for new suppliers, expedites orders, supervises manufacture where possible and organizes delivery logistics. The team also develops and nurtures long-term partnerships with top suppliers, manages an approved supplier database as well as source and qualifying new service providers.

This begins on the napkin stage where initial plans are mooted and continues throughout the duration of the project ending when all contractual obligations have been fulfilled.
